Knockanore Cheese works fantastically in a huge variety of recipes, and anywhere you would normally use a cheddar, you can be certain that Knockanore will add a little extra to your meal.
Of course it’s equally great served in a big chunk on a board after dinner with some crusty bread and a sweet relish.

A family favourite late night snack in our house involves whatever bread is going, toasted on one side first then buttered and spread with Knockanore cheese grated on top, with plenty of mustard and mayo.
