Our Friends
We are passionate about Irish food and farming and we like to promote others that feel the same way. Here are some friends of ours locally and in the wider food industry that do a great job for hand crafted foods.
Association of Irish Farmhouse Cheesemakers
In 1983, Ireland’s artisan cheese makers got together to provide a shared knowledge base and marketing support. We often travel abroad to trade shows and represent each other’s cheeses as well as organising sub committees for technical and regulatory issues.

This is a UK based organisation that also covers the Republic of Ireland. The SCA is an alliance of cheesemakers, retailers, wholesalers and others involved in artisan cheese. It was established to encourage excellence in cheese making and provides a forum for members to exchange ideas. It also represents the interests of members to the Government and media.
Bord Bia
Bord Bia (Irish Food Board) provides advice and support to the Irish food industry and showcases Irish cheese at home and abroad at various events.
